I allowed the matter to slip so far I had to handle the issue by grabbing the first bankruptcy attorney I could to file the case with and the new attorney mentioned a "gut feeling," as if it was the correct thing to do.

My gut feeling is that I hired the wrong attorney at the very last minute, as I was unable to locate Mr. Murphree whom I consider ethical, professional, and a friend of mine, even though I only met him once.
